Common use of PREMISES LEASED Clause in Contracts

PREMISES LEASED. Lessor hereby leases to Lessee a building containing ten thousand (10,000) square feet (the “Premises”) and associated improvements and non-exclusive parking rights on the parcel of land located at ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, and being more particularly located on the property described on Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. Subject to the option contained in Section 39 below, Lessor specifically reserves the right to construct an addition to the building located in the grassy area located on the south side of the Premises.
