Common use of Preliminary Program Evaluation Clause in Contracts

Preliminary Program Evaluation. The Developer shall cause to be prepared for ----------------------------------- the approval of the Authority, a preliminary evaluation of the proposed Project's program schedule (the "Project Schedule"), budget requirements and alternative approaches to design and construction of the Project (the "Project Program"). Based upon the agreed upon Program Schedule, budget requirements and design, the Architect shall prepare schematic design documents consisting of drawings and other documents illustrating the scale and relationship of the proposed Project and its components (the "Schematic Design Documents"), as well as a preliminary estimate of construction costs based upon the proposed area, size and scope of the Project.
