Common use of Preliminary Program Evaluation Clause in Contracts

Preliminary Program Evaluation. FHRI shall prepare, for the review and approval of the Tribal Council, a preliminary evaluation of the proposed Project including, but not limited to a feasibility study, planned phasing, if any, schedule, Development Budget requirements, and alternative approaches to Project design and construction. Based upon the agreed-upon schedule, Development Budget requirements and design, the Architect shall prepare schematic design documents consisting of drawings and other documents illustrating the scale and relationship of the Gaming Facility, the Temporary Gaming Facility, if any, and any other Enterprise components, as well as a preliminary estimate of Enterprise costs based upon the proposed area, size and scope of the Enterprise.
