Preliminary Meeting; Periodic Status Reports; Access to Data. Prior to commencing the audit, the Compliance Auditor shall meet with San Francisco and BAWSCA to discuss the audit plan, the procedures to be employed and the schedule to be followed. During the course of the audit, the Compliance Auditor shall keep San Francisco and BAWSCA informed of any unforeseen problems or circumstances which could cause a delay in the audit or any material expansion of the audit’s scope. The Compliance Auditor shall be given full access to all records of the SFPUC and the Water and Hetch Hetchy Enterprises that the Auditor deems necessary for the audit.
