Preliminary Design Development Documents. Based upon Final Schematic Design Documents approved by the District, the Architect shall prepare Preliminary Design Development Documents for the Project for review and approval by the District. Preliminary Design Development Documents shall consist of Drawings, Specifications and other documents establishing and describing the size and character of architectural, mechanical, electrical, structural and plumbing systems, materials and other significant components of the Work of the Project as necessary or appropriate.
