PRELIMINARY ACCEPTANCE AND PRE. SHIPMENT REVIEW A pre-ship review shall take place at the completion of each plane of spacecraft prior to shipment or storage. The review shall evaluate the acceptability and readiness of each of the spacecraft in the plane, associated Ground Support Equipment and supporting documentation for shipment, based on an inspection of the spacecraft and the examination of the associated data package. Completion of this review requires close-out of all verification activities and any outstanding work or open actions. The review shall not be considered complete until all discrepancies have been corrected or dispositioned. Upon successful completion of this review, ORBCOMM Global shall grant the authorization to ship the spacecraft to the launch or storage site.
