OPERATIONS SUPPORT PLAN (A010. The Contractor shall provide details of the levels of support provided to support ORBCOMM Global operations during pre-launch, launch and post-launch. These shall include support at operations meetings and reviews, review and approval of flight control procedures, support during launch at the launch site and early orbit operations services at the control center, support throughout the on-station life to the satellite control center, support during In-Orbit Testing (IOT) and updating of operations documentation.
