Common use of Precedence of Documentation Clause in Contracts

Precedence of Documentation. 1.5.1. In the event of any inconsistency between the provisions of the Main Body of this Framework Agreement and the Schedules, or between any of the Schedules, the conflict shall be resolved according to the following descending order of priority: 1.5.1.1.1. the Main Body and Schedule 1 (Definitions); 1.5.1.1.2. Schedule 3 (Specification); 1.5.1.1.3. Schedule 7 (Pricing); and 1.5.1.1.4. the remaining Schedules equally.
