Pre-Tax Deferral Contributions and/or ▇▇▇▇ Deferral Contributions. A Participant, pursuant to a written instrument in a form prescribed by the Administrative Committee, or by any other method authorized by the Administrative Committee, must irrevocably designate his Payroll Deferrals as “Pre-Tax Deferral Contributions” and/or as “▇▇▇▇ Deferral Contributions.” (a) Amounts designated as Pre-Tax Deferral Contributions may not later be reclassified as ▇▇▇▇ Deferral Contributions, and amounts designated as ▇▇▇▇ Deferral Contributions may not later be reclassified as Pre-Tax Deferral Contributions.
