Pre-Proposal Conference. A pre-proposal conference will be held on May 6 2016, at (8:00 AM PT), via webinar. Please RSVP this event to ▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇@▇▇▇▇.▇▇.▇▇▇; no later than close of business April 29, 2016 to ensure seats as attendance is limited. All suppliers which do RSVP will receive an email invitation to the webinar. Attendance at the conference is not mandatory but is highly recommended. . All interested suppliers should review and be familiar with the scope of this RFP prior to this conference. Questions asked during the pre-proposal conference must also be submitted in writing to the Lead State Contract Administrator for clarification, and answers will be provided via an addendum posted on the Oklahoma web page.
