Common use of Pre-Proposal Conference Clause in Contracts

Pre-Proposal Conference. L.6.1. A pre-proposal conference to discuss the requirements of this solicitation will be held on October 14, 2014 at 10:00am at Plot ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇. L.6.3. Attendees may also bring written questions to the proposal conference; however, if the answer requires research, there is no guarantee that the question will be able to be answered at that conference. L.6.4. No statements made by the Government at the pre-proposal conference shall be considered to be a change to the solicitation unless a written amendment is issued. L.6.5. Following the conference, all prospective offerors who received a copy of the solicitation will be provided a copy of all questions presented in writing prior to the conference, along with answers.
