Common use of Pre-Participation Transfers Clause in Contracts

Pre-Participation Transfers. The Trustee under this Section 11.06 may accept a Transfer of plan assets on behalf of an Employee prior to the date the Employee satisfies the Plan’s eligibility conditions or prior to reaching Defined Contribution Prototype Plan the Entry Date. If the Trustee accepts such a direct Transfer of plan assets, the Plan Administrator and the Trustee must treat the Employee as a limited Participant as described in Section 3.08(C).
