PRE-NEGOTIATION FINANCIAL INFORMATION Clause Samples
The PRE-NEGOTIATION FINANCIAL INFORMATION clause requires parties to exchange relevant financial data before formal negotiations begin. Typically, this involves sharing documents such as balance sheets, income statements, or other financial disclosures to provide a clear picture of each party's financial standing. By ensuring that all parties have access to accurate financial information upfront, this clause helps facilitate informed decision-making and reduces the risk of misunderstandings or disputes during negotiations.
