Common use of Pre-Grant Agreement Execution Costs Clause in Contracts

Pre-Grant Agreement Execution Costs. After the execution of this Grant Agreement, the Grantee may include in its Choice Neighborhoods Budget, and the Lead Grantee may draw down funds for, costs that were incurred prior to execution of this Grant Agreement, provided that such costs were incurred after the Grant Award Date, are directly associated with the activities to be funded under this Choice Neighborhoods Grant, and are approved as reasonable and eligible by HUD.
