Common use of Pre-Construction Clause in Contracts

Pre-Construction. A pre-construction meeting must be held with the Tenant, Architect, Engineer Consultant, General Contractor, (“Contractor”) and Landlord’s Agent. The term “Contractor” for the purposes of this manual shall include all sub-contractors, lower tiered sub-contractors and or vendors as may be applicable.
