Pre-Construction Services. The Construction Manager / General Contractor shall provide the following Pre-Construction Services: 3.4(a) Design Review Services (1) The Construction Manager / General Contractor shall actively and jointly participate with the Owner and the Consultant(s) in formation of the final Project design without assuming design responsibility with the exception of delegated design that is CM/GC responsibility. The anticipated Project design schedule is set forth in the RFP document.
