Common use of PRE-CONSTRUCTION PHASE FEE Clause in Contracts

PRE-CONSTRUCTION PHASE FEE. A. For Pre-Construction Phase Services, Owner shall pay Contractor a Pre- Construction Phase Fee in the total stipulated amount of Ninety Four Thousand Dollars ($94,000); B. Refer to Paragraph 10.2.1 for the percentages of each stage of work within the Pre-Construction Phase Fee for payment purposes; C.
