Common use of Pre-approved Processors Clause in Contracts

Pre-approved Processors. A Party may not appoint a Processor for the Jointly Responsible Processing without the prior written consent of the other Party. The parties hereby mutually authorize each other to use the processors named in the Supplemental Agreement for the processing operations under joint responsibility described therein.
