Common use of Practitioner Responsibility Clause in Contracts

Practitioner Responsibility. Practitioner shall be responsible for recommending particular products for use by the patient, including how much, how often, and for how long such products should be used. Practitioner will be responsible for tracking protocol compliance on the part of patients.
