Common use of POWERS OF THE AUTHORITY Clause in Contracts

POWERS OF THE AUTHORITY. The Authority shall have all of the powers common to General Law counties in California and all additional powers set forth in the Article 1, Chapter 5, Division 7, Title 1 of the California Government Code (beginning with Section 6500), and is hereby authorized to do all acts necessary for the exercise of said powers.
