Common use of Powers and authority Clause in Contracts

Powers and authority. The Republic has full power and authority to execute and deliver each of this Agreement, the Indenture and the Notes and all other documents and instruments to be executed and delivered by the Republic hereunder and thereunder (including the Authorization contemplated thereunder), to incur the obligations to be incurred by it as provided herein or therein, and to perform and observe the provisions hereof and thereof on its part to be performed or observed and to issue and sell the Notes and to perform the terms thereof.

The Republic has full power and authority to execute and deliver each of this Agreement, the Indenture Agreement and the Notes Securities and all other documents and instruments to be executed and delivered by the Republic hereunder and thereunder (including the Authorization contemplated thereunder), to incur the obligations to be incurred by it as provided herein or therein, and to perform and observe the provisions hereof and thereof on its part to be performed or observed and to issue and sell the Notes Securities and to perform the terms thereof.
