Common use of Power Tools Clause in Contracts

Power Tools. (a) The Employer shall furnish the jobs with all power tools and necessary safety equipment for the safe operation of these power tools. (b) The Employee performing duties as described in Article II of this Agreement, issued power tools shall be held accountable for the loss or damage of the power tools due to the employee's gross negligence.
