Power Tools. At no time are power tools to be used on the farm without all of the following conditions having been met (NO EXCEPTIONS): a) Prior Experience in using power tools is required. b) Participation in a training course in learning to use the tool must be completed c) A signed certificate of competency is to be issued to you by the Farm Manager d) Before use, tool to be clean, ready for use, and checked by the Farm Manager
