Power to represent the Bondholders Clause Samples
The "Power to represent the Bondholders" clause designates a specific party, often a trustee or representative, to act on behalf of all bondholders in matters related to the bond agreement. This representative is authorized to make decisions, take legal action, or communicate with the issuer on issues such as enforcement of rights or modifications to the bond terms. By centralizing authority, the clause streamlines collective action and ensures that the interests of all bondholders are effectively managed, preventing the complications that could arise if each bondholder acted individually.
