Common use of Power to Amend Clause in Contracts

Power to Amend. Subject to the Parties’ compliance with the remaining terms of this Agreement, nothing in this Agreement shall prevent any member of the Valvoline Group or any member of the Ashland Global Group from amending, merging, modifying, terminating, eliminating, reducing or otherwise altering in any respect any Valvoline Benefit Plan or Ashland Benefit Plan, any benefit under any Valvoline Benefit Plan or Ashland Benefit Plan or any trust, insurance policy or funding vehicle related to any Valvoline Benefit Plan or Ashland Benefit Plan, as applicable.
