Preservation of Rights to Amend. Except as set forth in this Agreement, the rights of each member of the Parent Group and each member of the SpinCo Group to amend, waive, or terminate any plan, arrangement, agreement, program, or policy referred to herein shall not be limited in any way by this Agreement.

Except as set forth in this Agreement, the rights of each member of the UTC Group, each member of the Carrier Group and each member of the Otis Group to amend, waive, or terminate any plan, arrangement, agreement, program, or policy referred to herein shall not be limited in any way by this Agreement.

Except as set forth in this Agreement, the rights of each member of the Parent Group and each member of the Varex Group to amend, waive, or terminate any plan, arrangement, agreement, program, or policy referred to herein shall not be limited in any way by this Agreement.

The rights of each member of the JDSU Group, each member of the Lumentum Group, and each member of the Viavi Group to amend, waive, or terminate any Benefit Plan, arrangement, agreement, program, or policy referred to herein shall not be limited in any way by this Agreement.
Preservation of Rights to Amend. The rights of the Capital Southwest Companies, CSWI and the CSWI Companies to amend, waive, or terminate any Benefit Plan or any other plan, arrangement, agreement, program, or policy referred to herein shall not be limited in any way by this Agreement.
Preservation of Rights to Amend. The rights of each member of the RemainCo Group and each member of the SpinCo Group to amend, waive, or terminate any plan, arrangement, agreement, program, or policy referred to herein shall not be limited in any way by this Agreement.
Preservation of Rights to Amend. The rights of each member of the CSC Group and each member of the Computer Sciences GS Group to amend, waive, or terminate any Benefit Plan shall not be limited in any way by this Agreement.
Preservation of Rights to Amend. The rights of B/E or KLX to amend or terminate any plan, program, or policy referred to herein shall not be limited in any way by this Agreement.
Preservation of Rights to Amend. The rights of each Covidien Entity and each Mallinckrodt Entity to amend, waive, or terminate any plan, arrangement, agreement, program, or policy referred to herein shall not be limited in any way by this Agreement.
Preservation of Rights to Amend. The rights of each member of the KAR Group and each member of the SpinCo Group to amend, waive, or terminate any plan, arrangement, agreement, program, or policy referred to herein shall not be limited in any way by this Agreement.
