Common use of Power of Entry Clause in Contracts

Power of Entry. The Licensee shall permit any duly authorized representative of the University during normal business hours and at the University's sole risk and expense with two days notice to enter upon and into any premises of the Licensee for the purpose of inspecting the Products and the manner of their manufacture and the use of the Materials and the Technology and generally of ascertaining whether or not the provisions of this Agreement have been, are being, or will be complied with by the Licensee.
