Effect of Entries. The entries made in the records maintained pursuant to paragraph (c) or (d) of this Section shall be prima facie evidence, absent obvious error, of the existence and amounts of the obligations recorded therein; provided that the failure of any Lender or the Administrative Agent to maintain such records or any error therein shall not in any manner affect the obligation of the Borrower to repay the Loans in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
Effect of Entries. The entries made in the accounts maintained pursuant to paragraph (c) or (d) of this Section shall be prima facie evidence of the existence and amounts of the obligations recorded therein; provided that the failure of any Lender or the Administrative Agent to maintain such accounts or any error therein shall not in any manner affect the obligation of the Borrower to repay the Loans in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
Effect of Entries. The entries made in the records maintained pursuant to paragraph (c) or (d) of this Section shall be prima facie evidence, absent manifest error, of the existence and amounts of the obligations recorded therein; provided that the failure of any Lender or the Administrative Agent to maintain such records or any error therein shall not in any manner affect the obligation of the Borrower to repay the Loans in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. In the event of any conflict between the accounts and records maintained by any Lender and the accounts and records of the Administrative Agent in respect of such matters, the accounts and records of the Administrative Agent shall control in the absence of manifest error.
Effect of Entries. The entries made in the records maintained pursuant to paragraph (b) of this Section shall be PRIMA FACIE evidence of the existence and amounts of the obligations recorded therein; PROVIDED that the failure of the Lender to maintain such records or any error therein shall not in any manner affect the obligation of the Customer to repay the Loans in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
Effect of Entries. The entries made in the records maintained pursuant to paragraph (a) above shall be prima facie evidence of the existence and amounts of the obligations recorded therein; provided that the failure of the Sleeve Provider to maintain such records or any error therein shall not in any manner affect the obligation of REPS to repay the Reimbursement Obligations in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
Effect of Entries. Absent manifest error, the entries made in the records maintained pursuant to paragraph (a) of this Section 2.07 shall be prima facie evidence of the existence and amounts of the obligations recorded therein; provided, that the failure of the Agent to maintain such records or any error therein shall not in any manner affect the obligation of the Borrower to repay the Loans in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
Effect of Entries. The failure to make entries for the accounts maintained pursuant to paragraph (c) or (d) of this Section or the failure of any Lender or Administrative Agent to maintain such accounts shall not in any manner affect the obligations of any Credit Party to repay the Loans in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
Effect of Entries. The entries made in the records maintained pursuant to paragraph (c) or (d) of this Section shall be prima facie evidence of the existence and amounts of the obligations recorded therein; provided that the failure of any Bank, the Administrative Agent or the Security Trustee to maintain such records or any error therein shall not in any manner affect the obligation of the Borrower to repay the Loans in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. In the event of any conflict between the records of the Administrative Agent, the records of the Security Trustee and the records of each Bank, the records of the Security Trustee shall control.
Effect of Entries. The entries made in the accounts maintained pursuant to paragraph (b) or (c) of this Section shall be PRIMA FACIE evidence of the existence and amounts of the obligations recorded therein; PROVIDED that the failure of any Lender or the Mezzanine Agent to maintain such accounts or any error therein shall not in any manner affect the obligation of the Borrower to repay the Loans in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
Effect of Entries. The entries made in the accounts maintained pursuant to Section 2.9(c) shall be conclusive evidence of the existence and amounts of the obligations recorded therein in the absence of manifest error; provided that the failure of any Lender or Administrative Agent to maintain such accounts or any error therein shall not in any manner affect the obligation of Borrower to repay the Loans in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. In the event of any conflict between the accounts maintained by any Lender and the accounts of Administrative Agent in respect of such matters, the accounts of Administrative Agent shall control in the absence of manifest error.
