Level 2 (L2) Charging: Medium power charging, typically delivered between 220 and 240 volts. Direct Current Fast Charging (DCFC): Charging equipment that provide a high-power DC current, and for this program at least 50 kW, to the electric vehicle's battery without passing through any onboard AC/DC converter, which means the current is connected directly to the battery.
