Posting Notices. The Association shall have the privilege right to post notices of activities and matters of the Association concern on designated bulletin boards at least one of which shall be provided in each school buildingbuilding in areas frequented by unit members; a copy of any posted material shall be forwarded to the building supervisor at the time of posting. The Association may use the District mail service and unit member mailboxes for communications to unit members.
