Posthaul Sample Clauses
The Posthaul clause defines the responsibilities and procedures that apply after the main transportation or delivery of goods has been completed. Typically, this clause outlines the obligations for handling, storage, or further movement of goods once they have reached their initial destination, such as transferring cargo from a port to a warehouse or final delivery point. By specifying these post-delivery steps, the clause ensures clarity regarding which party is responsible for the goods after the primary haul, thereby preventing disputes and facilitating smooth logistics operations.
