Post Termination Exercisability Sample Clauses
Post Termination Exercisability. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Section 3 to the contrary, following termination of employment of the Optionee for any reason: (i) the Option shall be exercisable during any of the post-employment periods described in subparagraphs (b) through (g) of this Section 3 if and only to the extent the Option was exercisable (i.e., vested) at the time of such termination of employment and (2) no portion of the Option shall be exercisable following the tenth anniversary of the Grant Date.
Post Termination Exercisability. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Section 3 to the contrary, following termination of Optionee’s service as a Director for any reason: (i) the Option shall be exercisable during any of the post-termination periods described in subparagraphs (b) through (f) of this Section 3 if and only to the extent the Option was exercisable (i.e., vested) at the time of such termination and (2) no portion of the Option shall be exercisable following the tenth anniversary of the Grant Date.
Post Termination Exercisability. When New Options or Old Options cease vesting pursuant to clause (i) above, a termination of employment and provision of services to the Company shall be deemed to have recurred for purposes of determining the commencement of the post-termination period during which such New Options or Old Options shall remain exercisable in accordance with the terms and conditions of the original option agreements relating to such options.
Post Termination Exercisability. Subject to Section 2(a) above, the Options shall remain exercisable until the expiration of the Option Term.”
Post Termination Exercisability. Each Option, except Option 1 and Option 4, shall remain exercisable until December 31, 2003 to the extent any such Option has vested as of such date. Employee understands that these amendments may disqualify any Option that may receive treatment as an incentive stock option and result in such Option being treated as a non-qualified stock option. Employee further understands that in any event an incentive stock option converts into a non-qualified stock option three (3) months and one (1) day after termination of employment.
