Post-Shift Overtime. Employees who perform overtime work after their normal workday, shall be furnished or compensated for a meal after the first two (2) hours of actual overtime work performed and after intervals of five (5) hours following the first overtime meal.

Post-Shift Overtime. In the event post-shift overtime work is required within a department, employees with the necessary skills and ability able to perform the work to be done will be offered the overtime work as follows:
Post-Shift Overtime. A post-shift overtime list will be posted on a daily basis, on which employees who desire to work post-shift overtime will so indicate. Preference for post-shift overtime will be given to the employee who is performing the job on which the overtime is needed; however, when that employee has not signed the list, overtime will be assigned to the senior qualified employee on the list. Employees will be notified of post-shift overtime at least two hours prior to the end of the shift if the Company is aware of the overtime need; otherwise, the Company will inform affected employees as soon as the Company becomes aware of the need for overtime. Seniority shall govern job assignments, subject to the preference described herein and provided the employee is qualified.

  • Payment of Overtime 5.5.1 Subject to the provisions of this sub-clause, all work performed outside of the ordinary hours of any day, Monday to Friday, inclusive, will be paid for at the rate of time and one half for the first 2 hours and double time thereafter. Casual Employees will be entitled to the appropriate all- purpose penalty rates and their 25% casual loading as identified in clause 2.1.2.

One-half hour with pay shall be allowed the employee in order that he/she may take a meal break either at or adjacent to his/her place of work.

  • Overtime Meal Allowances (a) An Employee who is required to work a minimum of two and one-half (2½) hours overtime before or after his/her scheduled hours of work, shall be provided with a meal or shall be reimbursed nine dollars ($9.00). A meal break of one-half (½) hour with pay shall be given at the overtime rate. This section shall not apply to an Employee who is on travel status which entitles him/her to claim for lodging and/or meals.

  • Overtime Payments (1) Subject to the provisions of this subclause, all work performed outside of the Ordinary Hours and time worked to accrue an RDO on any day, Monday to Friday, inclusive, shall be paid for at the rate of time and one half for the first two hours and double time thereafter.
