POST Pay. (a) Employees possessing an intermediate California P.O.S.T. certificate shall receive a pay differential of two and one-half percent (2.5%) of their base rate of pay. (b) Employees possessing an advanced California P.O.S.T. certificate shall receive a pay differential of seven and one-half percent (7.5%) of their base rate of pay salary (inclusive of the 2.5% intermediate California P.O.S.T. certificate).
