POST Pay Sample Clauses
The POST Pay clause establishes the terms under which payment is made after goods or services have been delivered or performed. Typically, this clause specifies the timeframe within which the buyer must pay the seller following receipt of an invoice, such as 30 or 60 days after delivery.
