Post-Migration Services Clause Samples
The Post-Migration Services clause defines the obligations and scope of services that a provider must deliver after the completion of a migration project. Typically, this clause outlines the types of support, maintenance, or troubleshooting assistance available to the client once the migration is finished, such as technical support for system integration or resolving issues that arise post-migration. Its core function is to ensure that clients receive necessary assistance to stabilize and optimize their systems after migration, thereby minimizing disruptions and ensuring a smooth transition to the new environment.
Post-Migration Services. With respect to those Participating Members that have been Migrated pursuant to the Migration Plan (“Post-Migration”), Service Provider shall provide the GHX Exchange, [*****] and the [*****] in accordance with this agreement. Service Provider shall also provide any additional Services (including NPS Services) pursuant to the Statements(s) of Work then in effect, if any, and any GHX Exchange Plus services that the Participating Member has then elected to receive, it being understood that GHX Exchange Plus services may be subject to a competitive bid process before being offered to Members with respect to one or more of the Alliances. Service Provider and Novation acknowledge and agree that the GHX Exchange will evolve and be modified or be enhanced over time to keep pace with technological advancements and improvements in e-commerce, in accordance with the recommendations of the Product Council. Each of Novation, VHA, UHC and HPPI may also independently elect in its sole discretion, to receive any or all of the GHX Exchange Plus services itself or on behalf of its Participating Members.
Post-Migration Services. First Data shall:
(i) Provide additional assistance at RCSI’s request to assure continuity of operations relating to or affecting the Production Services. Upon request by RCSI, First Data shall maintain account information on-line for a period of time to be specified by RCSI.
(ii) As requested by RCSI, return to RCSI at RCSI’s request, any remaining property of RCSI in First Data’s possession, including any remaining reports, data, and other RCSI Information with respect to the Production Services. Alternatively, as required by RCSI, First Data shall destroy such property.
(iii) As requested by RCSI, certify to RCSI in writing that all of RCSI’s data and files and all other RCSI Information with respect to the Production Services have been removed from the First Data System, premises and control and returned or destroyed.
Post-Migration Services. After the migration for the period set forth in Section 16.6(b), wizCom shall provide additional assistance as reasonably requested by Avis to assure continuity of operations. WizCom shall return to Avis or destroy, at Avis's request, any remaining property of Avis in its possession or under its control, including any remaining reports, Avis Data and other Confidential Information of Avis. Post-Migration Services. First Data shall:
(i) Provide additional assistance at RCSI’s request to assure continuity of operations relating to or affecting the Transferred Accounts. Upon request by RCSI, First Data shall maintain account information on-line for a period of time to be specified by RCSI.
(ii) As requested by RCSI, return to RCSI at RCSI’s request, any remaining property of RCSI in First Data’s possession, including any remaining reports, data, and other RCSI Information with respect to the Transferred Accounts. Alternatively, as required by RCSI, First Data shall destroy such property.
(iii) As requested by RCSI, certify to RCSI in writing that all of RCSI’s data and files and all other RCSI Information with respect to the Transferred Accounts have been removed from the First Data System, premises and control and returned or destroyed; provided, however, RCSI specific coding in subroutines which only would be activated upon First Data’s processing of the Transferred Accounts need not be either removed or destroyed.
Post-Migration Services. As part of the termination/expiration assistance, Supplier's functions shall include the following post-migration services:

(i) Provide additional assistance at RFS’ request to assure continuity of operations relating to or affecting the Services. Upon request by RFS, Fiserv shall maintain account information on-line for a period of time to be specified by RFS (but not to exceed the applicable retention periods set forth in Schedule F); and
(ii) Fulfill its obligations under Section 14.5(d)(ii). (f) Personnel. [***].
