Post-Interview Process. Each administrator who interviews a unit member requesting voluntary transfer into a position will inform the member in a timely manner of the hiring decision. If a decision is made not to grant a transfer, the unit member may request and shall be provided an opportunity to discuss the reason(s) for the denial.
