Post-Foreclosure Operation. Notwithstanding any other provisions of this Agreement, in the event of the acquisition of the Company’s interest herein by any Company Mortgagee Designee or any permitted purchaser at a Foreclosure Event, the operation of the Entertainment Center by or on behalf of any such acquirer of the Company’s interest herein under this Agreement shall be subject to the provisions and requirements of this Agreement and the Lease, and such act in accordance with the requirements of this Agreement.
