POSSESSION OF THE CARD. 4.1 The Card shall remain the property of the Bank at all times. The Card shall be used exclusively by the Cardmember. The Cardmember shall not transfer or otherwise part with the control or possession of the Card for any use or purpose unauthorized by the Bank. The Card shall not be pledged as security for any purpose whatsoever.
