Possession of Illegal and Prohibited Substances. As defined by federal, state, and local statutes, possessing, using, distributing, and/or selling illegal drugs or controlled substances is strictly prohibited, and is subject to judicial action. Possessing, using, distributing, or selling drug paraphernalia (including but not limited to pipes, bongs, etc.) is strictly prohibited, and is also subject to judicial follow-up by either the residence director or the Center for Student Ethics and Standards.
