Possession of Franchises, Licenses. The Company and each of its Subsidiaries possesses all franchises, certificates, licenses, permits and other authorizations from governmental political subdivisions or regulatory authorities, free from burdensome restrictions, that are reasonably necessary in any material respect for the ownership, maintenance and operation of its respective properties and assets, and none of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries is in violation of any thereof in any material respect.
