Common use of Possession by the Allottees Clause in Contracts

Possession by the Allottees. After obtaining the completion certificate and handing over physical possession of the apartments comprised in the Real Estate Project to the Allottees, it shall be the responsibility of the Owners/Promoters to hand over the necessary documents and plans, including Common Areas of the Real Estate Project (as specified in Schedule E below), to the association of Allottees, upon its formation and registration; Provided that, in the absence of any local law, the Owners/ Promoters shall handover the necessary documents and plans, including Common Areas of the Real Estate Project (as specified in Schedule E below) to the association of Allottees within thirty days after formation and registration of the association of Allottees.
