Common use of Possession by the Allottees Clause in Contracts

Possession by the Allottees. After obtaining the completion/occupancy certificate and handing over physical possession of the Apartment to the Allottees, it shall be the responsibility of the Promoter to hand over the necessary-documents and plans, including common areas, to the Association or the competent authority, as the case may be, as per the local laws. Provided that, in the absence of any local law, the Promoter shall hand over the necessary documents and plans, including Common Areas, to the Association or the competent authority, as the case may be, within 30 (thirty) days after obtaining the completion certificate.
