Common use of Positions and Responsibilities Clause in Contracts

Positions and Responsibilities. (a) During the term of this Agreement Executive agrees to serve as _____________ of the Bank. Executive shall render administrative and management services to the Bank such as are customarily performed by persons in a similar executive capacity. During the term of this Agreement, Executive also agrees to serve, if elected as director of the Bank and in such capacity will carry out such duties and responsibilities reasonably appropriate to that office.
