Common use of Position with the Company Clause in Contracts

Position with the Company. While Executive is employed by the Company hereunder, Executive shall serve as the Chief Financial Officer, Chief Accounting Officer, Executive Vice President and Controller of the Company and shall report to the President and Chief Executive Officer (the “CEO”) of the Company or his/her designee. Executive shall have duties and powers customarily associated with said office, and shall perform such responsibilities as the CEO or the Board of Directors of the Company (the “Board”) may assign to him from time to time, which will be consistent with his position. If requested by the Board, Executive will also serve on the Board (and on the board of directors of any of the Company’s Affiliates) and provide services to the Company, or any of its Affiliates, in such capacities as may be requested from time to time by the CEO or the Board, all without additional compensation.

Position with the Company. If requested by the Board, Executive will also serve on the Board (and on the board of directors of any of the Company’s Affiliates) and provide services to the Company, or any of its Affiliates, in such capacities as may be requested from time to time by the CEO or the Board, all without additional compensation.
