Position; Duties. (a) During the Employment Period (as defined in Section 2 below), Executive shall serve in the position set forth on Schedule A, or in such other position of comparable duties, authorities and responsibilities commensurate with the skills and talents of Executive to which the Company may from time to time assign Executive.
