Common use of Position; Duties Clause in Contracts

Position; Duties. Executive will serve as an officer of Employer in the position of Chief Executive Officer. Executive will report to the Board of Directors of the Employer and its designees. Executive will perform the duties that the Board of Directors of the Employer may from time to time reasonably direct, and such duties as may be specified for his office in the Bylaws of the Employer. Executive will devote substantially all of his business time, ability and attention to the business of Employer during the Original Term and any Renewal Term of this Agreement.

Executive will perform Company (the duties that the “Board of Directors Directors”), shall include, among other things, responsibility for the financial, accounting, financial reporting, treasury, tax and audit functions of the Employer may from Company. The Executive shall devote his full business time to time reasonably direct, and such duties as may be specified for his office in the Bylaws of the Employer. Executive will devote substantially all of his business time, ability and attention to the business performance of Employer during the Original Term his duties and any Renewal Term of this Agreementresponsibilities hereunder.

The Executive will report shall faithfully and diligently perform the duties appropriate to said position, which, in addition to those responsibilities assigned to him from time to time by the Board of Directors of Hanger (the Employer and its designees. Executive will perform the duties that the “Board of Directors Directors”), shall include, among other things, responsibility for the overall performance of the Employer may from time to time reasonably direct, Hanger and such duties as may be specified for his office in the Bylaws of the Employer. Executive will devote substantially all of Hanger’s subsidiaries. The Executive shall devote his full business time, ability time and attention to the business performance of Employer during the Original Term his duties and any Renewal Term of this Agreementresponsibilities hereunder.

Position; Duties. Executive will shall serve as an officer of Employer in the position positions of Senior Vice President, Finance and Administration and Chief Financial Officer of the Company. The Executive shall perform, faithfully and diligently, such duties, and shall have such responsibilities appropriate to said positions, as shall be assigned to him from time to time by the Chief Executive Officer. Executive will report to Officer and the Board of Directors of the Employer and its designeesCompany. The Executive will perform the duties that the Board of Directors of the Employer may from shall devote such time to time reasonably direct, and such duties as may be specified for his office in the Bylaws of the Employer. Executive will devote substantially all of his business time, ability and attention to the business performance of Employer during his duties and responsibilities hereunder as shall be necessary for the Original Term and any Renewal Term of this Agreementproper discharge thereof.
