Portfolio Rights Sample Clauses

The Portfolio Rights clause grants an investor or party the ability to include the company or investment in their portfolio for promotional or reporting purposes. Typically, this means the investor can list the company’s name, logo, or a brief description on their website, marketing materials, or in communications with other potential investors. This clause ensures that investors can publicly demonstrate their involvement with the company, which can enhance their reputation and attract further business opportunities.
