Portability/Mobility. The contractor shall have one hundred percent (100%) portability/mobility of millwrights employed by the contractor anywhere within the area covered by the Regional Council provided the contractor agrees to sign and be bound by the provisions of the applicable collective bargaining agreement in the area the company is performing work.
