Portability/Mobility. The contractor shall have one hundred percent (100%) portability/mobility of carpenters employed by the contractor anywhere within the area covered by the Regional/District Council administering this Agreement provided an Agreement is signed in the area where the work is performed.
Portability/Mobility.
